You’ll learn how to move with more awareness, confidence, and ease — without feeling rushed.
What You’ll Learn
In this workshop, we’ll explore the building blocks of a yoga flow, including:
Sun Salutation A
Learn the sequence step-by-step, including how to move safely between plank, cobra/upward-facing dog, and downward-facing dog.
Warrior Poses
Break down Warrior I, Warrior II, and related standing poses so you understand alignment, balance, and strength.
Breath + Movement
Practice connecting breath with movement in a way that feels steady, calm, and supportive.
Modifications + Options
Learn how to adjust poses for your body, your energy, and your experience level.
