Our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification program prepares to teach yoga classes and allows registration with Yoga Alliance as RYS 200 (RYS stands for "Registered Yoga Teacher").
You will learn authentic teaching methods, yoga anatomy, class sequencing, and various styles.
Our program covers yoga philosophy, Ayurveda, anatomy, how to plan a class, and much more
We also offer a mentorship program and opportunities to teach at our studio upon graduation
