All Levels Flow

Level 1

All Levels Yoga is a flow class that combines healthy alignment with the chance to explore both well-known and new poses. This class is designed for everyone, from beginners to seasoned practitioners, helping you expand your abilities and discover the joy and ideal position of each pose through guidance on alignment, breath and movement (Flow). Join us in a supportive and welcoming atmosphere where each session will leave you feeling more confident, refreshed, and revitalized.

 



Slow Vin & Yin

Level 1
A Blend of Gentle Vinyasa Flow and Profound Yin Stretches
Slow Vin & Yin begins with a nurturing vinyasa flow to warm up the body and gradually transitions into deep stretches typical of a yin practice.
The moderate pace makes it an ideal choice for unwinding at the close of your day.
This class is beginner-friendly, inviting participants of all experience levels

 

Vinyasa Yoga

Level 1-2
Vinyasa Yoga aka Flow Yoga is vigorous and movement-based. With an emphasis on synchronizing breath and movement. This class will keep you flowing through creative sequences of traditional yoga postures, give you a workout,  in a fun, non-competitive space. Some yoga experience is advised for this class.

Flow State Yoga

Level 2

Being in the flow means being in sync with your true self, feeling at ease while getting lost in your activities. In this state, everything clicks, and your senses are heightened, allowing for smooth progression despite imperfections.
What to Expect:
During this class, you will be guided through flows, also known as vinyasas, with opportunities to modify movements that work for you. 
The class might bring some challenges and intensity occasionally, so please remember that you are always welcome to take breaks whenever you need.

Progressive Flow

Level 1-2

This yoga class features a moderately to actively paced routine. The poses and flow are designed to challenge you while still allowing ample time to rest. Modifications for various poses are provided, giving you the flexibility to adjust the intensity to suit your practice.​ Suggested Level 1-2


Candlelight Yoga

Level 1

For anyone who wants to wind down from their day
During this class, you'll be guided through a breath practice (pranayama), make your way through slow-moving grounded poses (ananas), then complete class using Yin/Restorative poses.
Blankets, bolster pillows, and yoga blocks will be used to provide support and comfort.
Beginners to more experienced students welcome.

Soul Flow Yoga

Level 1-2

Soul Flow is a Sunday Morning Yoga Experience that beautifully combines the steady mindfulness of Hatha yoga with the flowing movements of Vinyasa yoga. This enchanting session starts with grounding movements and a breath practice designed to calm a restless mind. You will then be guided through poses at a moderate pace, fostering a deeper connection and enhancing your focus.

This class welcomes both active beginners and seasoned practitioners alike.

Yogalates

Level 2 (or 1) if used to dynamic movement
This class merges 2 mind/body modalities...yoga and Mat Pilates.
Mat Pilates will help develop core strength, and tone muscles.
Yoga will help increase flexibility, and help reduce stress.

Yoga Sculpt

Level 2 (or 1) if used to dynamic movement

Discover the Benefits of Yoga Sculpt

Yoga Sculpt merges the graceful flow of yoga with the intensity of weight training and cardio for a truly dynamic workout experience. This class is designed to enhance flexibility, balance, strength, and endurance through poses that incorporate light weights, adding both challenge and muscle toning.

Additionally, the inclusion of cardio bursts elevates your heart rate, thereby promoting cardiovascular health and fat burning. Level

Yoga Classes Designed Intentional Very Slow

Deep Stretch Yin

For anyone how is need of a deep stretch and release
In the Deep Stretch Yin Yoga class, poses are held for longer. Up to 5 minutes. Beginners may stay at 45 seconds to a couple of minutes. You'll be mostly sitting or laying on the floor. You'll use the blankets and pillows we provide to help support you in the poses.
You'll experience a gentle opening, so energy can flow, and help release tension. You will notice more mobility, less pain and tension, and an overall sense of well being.
This class is available for all levels

 

Sound Healing and Restorative Yoga

All Levels
This AMAZING class is taught every other Sunday at 4:30 pm. When you arrive you will be treated with gentle care by Missy. She will invite you to select a spot that is already set-up for you. Your personal spot will include a bolster, blankets and yoga blocks to help facilitate the most relaxing reclined postion your body deserves. You will be guided into various restorative poses and treated to a gentle sound healing.​
This class is suitable for almost everyone.
Soft music, crystal bowls, chimes and a few more soothing instruments will be played

Mommy & Me Yoga 

with Ms Stephanie

For infants to 3 year olds and their parent

In this class, Ms. Stephanie will introduce children to mindfulness and movement within a playful and nurturing environment. Both you and your child will engage in games, storytelling, movement, and mindful practices.

Through Mommy and Me Yoga, parents have the opportunity to practice yoga while their children embark on a shared journey of discovery and bonding. Each session is thoughtfully designed to cultivate joy, curiosity, and connection as your little one learns to express themselves through movement and creativity.

Parents can actively participate in a yoga class and engage with their child in a unique way, strengthening their relationship while promoting a healthy lifestyle.

The classes often blend imaginative storytelling, where children can pretend to be animals or adventurers, all while practicing yoga poses. This playful method keeps young ones entertained while aiding the development of their motor skills and coordination.

Calming techniques, such as gentle breathing exercises and guided relaxation, equip children with tools to manage stress and emotions. These practices can be particularly beneficial in helping children build resilience and focus.

By joining Mommy and Me Yoga, families can create cherished memories and lay a foundation of wellness that can last a lifetime. It’s a wonderful way to embrace mindfulness together and nurture both body and spirit in a joyful, supportive atmosphere.

Little Yoga

For Ages 4-6

Little Kids Yoga Taught by Ms Stephanie introduces  your children to mindfulness & movement in a playful & nurturing space.

Each session is designed to foster a love for physical activity and self-awareness in a safe and supportive environment. Ms. Stephanie, with her warm demeanor and expert guidance, ensures that each child feels valued and encouraged. Through imaginative games and creative storytelling, children explore various yoga poses that enhance their flexibility and strength. Calming techniques, such as deep breathing and visualization, help little ones learn to manage stress and emotions effectively. Fun activities, like partner poses and yoga-inspired crafts, add an element of excitement and creativity to the class. By the end of each session, children leave with a sense of accomplishment and a toolkit of skills that promote well-being and balance in their everyday lives.

Youth Yoga

Yoga introduces children to mindfulness & movement in a playful & nurturing space.

Classes are designed to engage young minds and bodies, fostering a love for both physical activity and mental well-being. Each session begins with a warm welcome and a fun icebreaker, allowing children to feel comfortable and excited about participating.

Through imaginative games, children learn balance and coordination, enhancing their physical awareness. Movement sequences are crafted to be both challenging and enjoyable, encouraging kids to explore their capabilities in a supportive environment.

Calming techniques, such as simple breathing exercises and visualization, are woven into the class to help children develop tools for relaxation and focus. These skills not only benefit them during yoga but also in their everyday lives.

Fun activities, like storytelling through poses and partner exercises, promote creativity and teamwork. Ms. Stephanie’s gentle guidance ensures that every child feels included and valued, making each class a memorable experience.

Friday Night Hot Yoga

Level 2

Hot Yoga is a rejuvenating practice that offers a perfect end to the week, allowing you to unwind and reset. The warmth of the 85-90 degree heated room encourages muscles to relax, enhancing flexibility and deepening each pose. As the session progresses, the connection between breath and movement becomes a meditative dance, promoting mindfulness and inner peace. The pace of this class is intentionally slow, allowing for a deeper sense of release and relaxation. Designed to promote balance and tranquility in both mind and body, this class welcomes everyone—from beginners to seasoned practitioners.

Missy has  designed this class to help you achieve a sense of balance and serenity in both mind and body. Whether you are a beginner or experienced, this class offers a welcoming environment where you can explore various poses and techniques. The focus is on gentle stretching, breathing exercises, and mindfulness practices that help to alleviate tension and improve flexibility - especially in a nagging back!!

 

With Missy as your guide, you will become more attuned to your body, find relief for your aching back, and be better prepared to manage the stresses of everyday life. Embrace the chance to unwind, rejuvenate, and nurture your overall well-being through this transformative experience.

Ayurvedic Fall Cleanse

October 12 till November 8

This program is specially designed by Ayurvedic Expert and Counselor Marianne Friis and includes a guided and supported Ayurvedic cleanse to reset your digestion and health. Along with Ayurvedic practices and routines, we will be eating a mono diet for one week, which will help the body release any build up toxins. The benefits of an Ayurvedic cleanse are many. It can help reset issues related to digestion, hormones, skin, anxiety, weight, cravings, energy, clear mind, auto-immune, and connection with self and others. You will find balance and heal naturally as you learn to adopt the principles of Ayurveda by addressing the root cause of the symptoms. Ayurvedic cooking and practices are key elements of the program. A strong healthy digestion is essential for good health and also tightly related to many other health issues. When you sign up for the program you will get online support from the teachers and support through the shared experience in the community for the entire length of the program from October 12 till November 8.
