Flow State Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga aka Flow Yoga is vigorous and movement-based. With an emphasis on synchronizing breath and movement. This class will keep you flowing through creative sequences of traditional yoga postures, give you a workout, in a fun, non-competitive space. Some yoga experience is advised for this class.
This yoga class offers movement through a variety of poses, with suggestions for variations and modifications. It is tailored for both beginners and seasoned practitioners alike. Soul Flow Yoga

Soul Flow is a Sunday Morning Yoga Experience that beautifully combines the steady mindfulness of Hatha yoga with the flowing movements of Vinyasa yoga. This enchanting session starts with grounding movements and a breath practice designed to calm a restless mind. You will then be guided through poses at a moderate pace, fostering a deeper connection and enhancing your focus.
This class welcomes both active beginners and seasoned practitioners alike.
Yogalates

This class merges 2 mind/body modalities...yoga and Mat Pilates.Mat Pilates will help develop core strength, and tone muscles.Yoga will help increase flexibility, and help reduce stress.
Yin Yoga
For anyone in need of a deep stretch and release
Join our Yin Yoga is a Deep Stretch class. One of our slowest paced classes with each pose is held for an extended period, (3-5 minutes). This allows for a deep stretch and gentle opening to release tension and promote energy flow.
Most poses will be done sitting or lying on the floor, and you'll use the blankets and pillows we provide to support you as you stretch. With consistent practice, you'll notice increased mobility, less pain and tension, and an overall sense of well-being. This class is for most all levels.
For anyone in need of deep relaxation
This AMAZING class is taught Sundays at 4:30 pm. When you arrive you will be treated with gentle care by Missy. She will invite you to select a spot that is already set-up for you. Your personal spot will include a bolster, blankets and yoga blocks to help facilitate the most relaxing reclined postion your body deserves. You will be guided into various restorative poses and treated to a gentle sound healing.​This class is suitable for almost everyone.Soft music, crystal bowls, chimes and a few more soothing instruments will be played
This low-impact conditioning, easy to follow, class is a total three-for-one fun fitness class.
This class starts with standing warm-up at the ballet barre or wall, then moving into strengthen standing leg exercises, Next you'll get on your mat and work your core, You will finish with some great stretches to round things out.
Light weights, bender balls, and fitness bands are used during class
Fun energizing music is also incorporated into each class. This class goes by so fast, you'll forget about how much muscles are working and toning,
During this class you will start with standing exercises for the first part of class, then mat excerises for the last part of class.
Some classes have out grown our Barre area, so class may be held in the main studio, using the wall.
