Classes We Teach

Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga classes use the breath to create a link between the body and the mind...build strength and balance.

During this class you'll be guided through poses (asanas) with cues for breath, and taking time to settle in deeper.

Experienced practitioners will benefit opportunity to dive deeper.

Beginner's will benefit and be invited to add modifications to poses.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga aka Flow Yoga is vigorous and movement-based. With an emphasis on synchronizing breath and movement. This class will keep you flowing through creative sequences of traditional yoga postures, give you a workout,  in a fun, non-competitive space. Some yoga experience is advised for this class.

Slow Flow

Move your body slowly and deliberately into different poses that challenge your strength and flexibility, while at the same time focusing on relaxation and mindfulness.breath and movement are coordinated together to provide effort and ease.

Flow and Stretch

This class incorporates a  flow style of yoga. aka vinyasa.During this class you will breath and flow from one pose to the next at a pace that works for most.

Then class will transition into stretching poses,  to release tension and unwind those knots.  "Props" will be used, (bolsters, blankets, blocks, and straps) to offer support.

Candlelight Yoga

During this class, you'll be guided through a breath practice (pranayama), make your way through slow-moving grounded poses (ananas), then complete class using Yin/Restorative poses.

Blankets, bolster pillows, and yoga blocks will be used to provide support and comfort.

Beginners to more experienced students welcome.

Deep Stretch Yin

In the Deep Stretch Yin Yoga class, poses are held for longer. Up to 5 minutes. Beginners may stay at 45 seconds to a couple of minutes. You'll be mostly sitting or laying on the floor. You'll use the blankets and pillows we provide to help support you in the poses.

You'll experience a gentle opening, so energy can flow, and help release tension. You will notice more mobility, less pain and tension, and an overall sense of well being.
