  • What to bring

  • If you have a yoga mat, bring it and maybe a towel and water too. If you don’t have these items, no biggie. We have quality, clean rental mats available for $5

  • Where to put your shoes, cell phone and other personal items

  • Please remove your shoes and place them, along with other personal items in our cubbies. We want all of YOU during class, so please leave the technological distractions in the cubbies as well, and please make sure it’s on silent.

  •  Why doesn’t Hello Yoga have a staffed front desk?

  • Answer:  We strive to keep our prices as reasonable as possible, and not having a front desk staff helps us toward our goal of providing reasonable prices and creating sustainability. If you need us, please email, If it’s something urgent, text or call (714) 697-5812

  •  What are the best classes for beginners?

  • Answer: All Levels Flow Wednesday 4:30 pm...Viniyoga (beginner's yoga) Thursdays 4:30pm...Deep Stretch Yin Fridays 4:30 pm...Sound Bath and Meditation Sundays 4:30 pm

  • I'm the least flexible person in the entire world, will I be able to participate?

  • Answer: Being the least flexible person in the entire world is the best reason to try a Hello Yoga class! Don’t worry if you can’t touch your toes or balance on one foot – flexibility and improved balance will come with time. You don’t have to be flexible to try your first class.


  •  What should I wear?

  • Answer: Wear something that is easy to move in, feels comfortable and is appropriate for the shared space

  • What if I’m running late for class?

  • Answer: Stuff happens – we totally get it! But unfortunately, we can't let latecomers in once class has started. Every class starts and ends on time to help provide a safe, peaceful and positive experience for all.

  •  What are some of the benefits of yoga?

  • Answer: Yoga builds strength and flexibility. It also makes us more aware of our breath, which ultimately helps to relax and calm the body and mind. People who practice regularly often notice that they are happier, have better focus, and are more able to handle the stresses of everyday life.

  • What to do if I can't book a class?

  • Answer: Please email us at with your name and the class you would like to take, If you are a member, have a Class Pack or New Student Special, and are having trouble booking shortly before your class starts, just go to class, and let your teacher know who you are.  We will book you into class on our end.



Classes are non-transferable and non-refundable

All class package expiration dates are listed and enforced

Membership changes/cancellations require 30 days written notice. Contact us here.

All sales final – we do not offer refunds on any purchases


Kids 12-15 must be pre-registered and paid for prior to class, and must be accompanied by an adult to participate in class

16+must be pre-registered and paid for prior to class, and may attend on their own with parental consent
