This training is designed to prepare you to confidently lead safe, effective, and inspiring barre classes. Barre blends elements of ballet-inspired movement, Pilates, yoga, and strength training to create a low‑impact, full‑body workout.

What Is Barre
Barre is a strength and conditioning practice inspired by ballet technique and influenced by Pilates, yoga, and functional fitness.
