Hello Yoga Membership Policies
We want your experience at Hello Yoga to be simple, transparent, and enjoyable. Please take a moment to review the policies below. If you have any questions, we're always happy to help
New Student Special – $49 First Month Unlimited
The New Student Special is available to first-time students only.
Your introductory membership includes 30 consecutive days of unlimited classes, including:

Barre

Yogalates

Restorative Sound Healing

Candlelight Yoga

All regularly scheduled Hello Yoga classes
At the end of your introductory month, your membership will automatically continue as our Unlimited Yoga & More Membership at the current monthly rate (currently $128/month) unless canceled before your first monthly renewal date.
Monthly Memberships
Memberships renew automatically each month using the payment method on file.
Your membership remains active until canceled according to the cancellation policy below.
Membership pricing may change in the future. If this occurs, members will receive advance notice before any new rate takes effect.
Cancellation Policy
New Student Special
If you decide Hello Yoga isn't the right fit for you, simply email info@helloyoga.life before your first billing date, and your membership will end at the conclusion of your introductory month. No additional commitment is required.
If you choose not to cancel before your first billing date, your membership will automatically continue as our Unlimited Yoga & More Membership, and your initial 3-month membership commitment will begin.
Monthly Memberships
After your introductory month and initial renewal, memberships require 30 days' written notice to cancel.
To avoid an additional monthly renewal, we recommend submitting your cancellation request at least 30 days before your next billing date.
Because memberships are billed monthly and are not prorated, any membership renewal that occurs within the 30-day notice period will still be processed. Your membership will remain active through the end of your final paid billing period.
We'll acknowledge receipt of your cancellation request as soon as possible and send you a confirmation once your cancellation has been processed.
While completely optional, we'd truly appreciate hearing why you're canceling. Your feedback helps us continue improving our classes, studio, and the overall Hello Yoga experience. You're welcome to include your comments in your cancellation email or email us anytime at info@helloyoga.life.
Refund Policy
Membership fees, class packs, workshops, trainings, retail purchases, special events, and gift certificates are non-refundable,

Studio Schedule
Class schedules, instructors, and offerings occasionally change.
Hello Yoga reserves the right to modify schedules, substitute instructors, cancel classes, or update programming when necessary.
Studio Etiquette
We kindly ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes before class begins so you have time to settle in and prepare for your practice.
To provide the best experience for everyone and minimize disruption once class has started, late arrivals may not be admitted.

Health & Safety
Yoga is a personal practice. Please honor your body and work within your own comfort level.
If you have an injury, are pregnant, or have any medical condition that may affect your ability to participate safely, we encourage you to consult your healthcare provider before beginning or continuing a yoga practice.
Please let your instructor know before class if you have an injury, are pregnant, or have any condition that may affect your practice so they can offer appropriate modifications when possible.
Participation in all classes and activities is voluntary and at your own risk.
By purchasing a membership, class pack, workshop, or training, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Membership Policies.
These policies are reviewed periodically. Any material changes affecting active memberships will be communicated in advance whenever practical.
