What to Expect at Hello Yoga

Arrive 10 minutes early to check in, meet your teacher, set up your mat, and let us know about any injuries or concerns.
You’ll be welcomed warmly — no pressure, no judgment.

Your teacher will guide you through class with clear, supportive cues.
We offer modifications for every body, every level, every shape, every age.

There is no “keeping up.”
We move with kindness.
