Slow Vinyasa & the Deep Stretch of Yin - Join us live from anywhere! Live stream classes must be booked at least 15 minutes before the class start time to allow our team to set up. Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link to join your class at the start time. Blankets and Pillows are optional—if you’d like to use them, please have them nearby before class begin Slow Vin & Yin begins with a nurturing vinyasa flow to warm up the body and gradually transitions into deep stretches typical of a yin practice. The moderate pace makes it an ideal choice for unwinding at the close of your day. This class is beginner-friendly, inviting participants of all experience levels.
