Hello Flow - Live Stream on Zoom! Join us live from anywhere! Live stream classes must be booked at least 15 minutes before the class start time to allow our team to set up. Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link to join your class at the start time. This class emphasizes the importance of breath work, strength, stretch and balance through an array of poses. Our class is designed for both beginners and seasoned practitioners, and we offer modifications to suit your level of experience.
