Service Description

Being in the flow means being in sync with your true self, feeling at ease while getting lost in your activities. In this state, everything clicks, and your senses are heightened, allowing for smooth progression despite imperfections. What to Expect: During this class, you will be guided through flows, also known as vinyasas, with opportunities to modify movements that work for you. The class might bring some challenges and intensity occasionally, so please remember that you are always welcome to take breaks whenever you need.
