Service Description

Join us for a grounded, slower paced yoga class. You will be guided in a breath practice, move through slow-moving grounded poses, and end the class with Yin (deep stretch)/Restorative poses. To ensure you are as comfortable as can be, we will offer you support, blankets, bolster pillows, and yoga blocks . Whether you are a beginner or an experienced student, all are welcome to participate.
