Service Description

This low-impact conditioning, easy to follow, class is a total three-for-one: This class started with standing warm-up at the ballet barre or wall, then moving into strengthen standing leg exercises, Next you'll get on your mat and work your core, You will finish with some great stretches to round things out.  Light weights, bender balls, and  fitness bands are used during class Fun energizing music is also incorporated into each class. This class goes by so fast, you'll forget about how much muscles are working and toning, During this class you will start with standing exercises for the first part of class, then mat excerises for the last part of class. Some classes have out grown our Barre area, so class may be held in the main studio, using the wall. No dance experience necessary.  All levels are welcome. Please bring a Mat


Cancellation Policy

You're in...Thank you for booking. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class starts. Please bring a mat. If you do not have a mat, we have some to rent for $5.00 We can't wait to see you soon !!!
