Service Description
Barre Sculpt, strengthen, and lengthen in this low-impact, high-results full-body workout inspired by ballet, Pilates, and functional strength training. Class begins with a standing warm-up at the barre or wall to activate the legs and improve balance, followed by targeted toning exercises designed to build muscular endurance and stability. We then transition to the mat for focused core work before finishing with lengthening stretches to leave you feeling strong, aligned, and refreshed. Light weights, resistance bands, and small props may be incorporated to deepen the work, all set to upbeat music that keeps the energy high and the class moving. No dance experience is needed. All fitness levels are welcome, and modifications are always offered. Please bring a yoga mat.
