Hello Community Flow

Vinyasa for everyone. Give what you can.

Join Alessia for an all-levels Vinyasa flow that links breath and movement to build strength, flexibility, and calm. Whether you're new to yoga or have practiced for years, you'll find options to make the class your own.

This is a donation-based community class with a suggested donation of $14–$25. Please give what you can. You can donate at the studio by card or QR code. Hello Yoga members can attend using their membership.

Please bring a mat and water, or borrow a mat at the studio.
