While Mat Pilates focuses on building core strength and toning muscles, yoga enhances flexibility and aids in stress relief.

You're in...Thank you for booking. Kindly Note, due to the setup of the space, participants must arrive by 4:20 PM. Given the meditation and restorative focus of this class, we are unable to accommodate late arrivals. Please bring a mat. If you do not have a mat, we have some to rent for $5.00 We can't wait to see you soon !!!
