Service Description

Vinyasa Yoga, also known as Flow Yoga, during this class, you will experience everything synchronizing together - breath and movement. During this class you will be guided through creative sequences of traditional yoga postures in a fun, non-competitive environment, while providing a workout at the same time. It is recommended to have some prior yoga experience before attending this class.
