Progressive Flow - Live Stream on Zoom! Join us live from anywhere! Live stream classes must be booked at least 15 minutes before the class start time to allow our team to set up. Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link to join your class at the start time. This yoga class features a moderately to actively paced routine. The poses and flow are designed to challenge you while still allowing ample time to rest. Modifications for various poses are provided, giving you the flexibility to adjust the intensity to suit your practice.​ Suggested Level 1-2
