Wrap up your day in the most comforting way and take Pajama Yoga from the comfort of your home. Join us live from anywhere! Live stream classes must be booked at least 15 minutes before the class start time to allow our team to set up. Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link to join your class at the start time. Blankets, Pillows, Stretch Strap and Yoga Blocks are optional—if you’d like to use them, please have them nearby before class begin During this live-stream Zoom class, Debbie will guide you through gentle breath practices, relaxing movements, and a meditations allowing you to let go of the day's stresses and prepare for the restful night you deserve. Once you book, you will receive a confirmation email with a Zoom link for the class. You will also receive a second reminder email 10 minutes before class begins with the same Zoom link.
