Yogalates Live Stream, Join us live from anywhere! Live stream classes must be booked at least 15 minutes before the class start time to allow our team to set up. Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link to join your class at the start time. Bender Ball and Leg Bands are optional—if you’d like to use them, please have them nearby before class begin Yogalates is a unique blend of Yoga and Mat Pilates in a single class. This session combines the best of both worlds, offering a fusion of two mind and body practices. While Mat Pilates focuses on building core strength and toning muscles, yoga enhances flexibility and aids in stress relief.
