Restorative Yoga is our slowest pace, grounded class. This class is done sitting or lying down, using blankets and bolsters (large pillows) to help relax into the poses. This is an experience to indulge in .... Our Sound Healing & Restorative Yoga Class also features the gentle tones of seven crystal bowls, and a serene restorative yoga practice.. Missy will guide you through calming yoga poses specially designed to facilitate a way for your body and mind to relax and rejuvenate. Kindly Note, due to the setup of the space, participants must arrive by 4:20 PM. Given the meditation and restorative focus of this class, we are unable to accommodate late arrivals.
