Costa Mesa Yoga & Barre Studio

I began my yoga journey in 2009 taking 90 min Bikram style classes at Yoga Tribe. It was at Yoga Tribe in 2013 I began my training with my first 200hr teacher training to become a teacher of the Bikram style of yoga. I soon after began teaching classes at Yoga Tribe. In 2014 I continued my training and took my 200hr vinyasa teacher training, also at Yoga Tribe with Robin Hall. I continued teaching at Yoga Tribe and then also began teaching at WildSide Yoga and Spectra Yoga. I recently completed my 500hr training in 2021 with Robin Hall. I have additional training in Yogalates and Yoga Lift. I’ve experienced so much healing and joy through my yoga practice, it is an honor to give that back through the instructing of others. The most wonderful feeling is seeing people enjoy the small and big victories in my classes. Yoga will always be a passion for me.
