Soul Flow - Live Stream on Zoom! Join us live from anywhere! Live stream classes must be booked at least 15 minutes before the class start time to allow our team to set up. Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link to join your class at the start time. Level 1-2 Soul Flow is a Sunday Morning Yoga Experience that beautifully combines the steady mindfulness of Hatha yoga with the flowing movements of Vinyasa yoga. This enchanting session starts with grounding movements and a breath practice designed to calm a restless mind. You will then be guided through poses at a moderate pace, fostering a deeper connection and enhancing your focus. This class welcomes both active beginners and seasoned practitioners alike.
