Our Ashtanga Inspired Flow class offers a set sequence of poses that builds strength, flexibility, and stamina. What to Expect: You will be guided through various flows, commonly referred to as vinyasas. Be prepared for occasional challenges and intensity; remember, you are always encouraged to take breaks whenever needed.
