At Hello Yoga, we are excited to announce the launch of our new Kid's Yoga Program, designed specifically for children of various age groups.
Mommy and Me Yoga Classes Mondays 10:00 - 10:45 am
Little Yoga, Classes for Ages 4-6 Wednesdays 2-2:25 pm
Youth Yoga, Classes for Ages 7-12 Wednesdays 3-3:45 pm
This program aims to introduce young ones to the world of yoga in a fun, engaging, and supportive environment. Through a series of carefully crafted classes, children will learn not only the fundamental poses and breathing techniques but also the importance of mindfulness and relaxation.

Ms Stephanie is dedicated to creating a safe and nurturing space where kids can explore their bodies, develop flexibility, and enhance their concentration. Each session will incorporate playful elements, including games, storytelling, and creative movement, making yoga an enjoyable experience.
