Inspired Flow is a moderate paced yoga class with room to rest. Modifications for poses are offered so you will have the freedom to adjust the intensity of your own yoga practice. All are encouraged to embrace their uniqueness and show up as they are. Class suitable for beginners to intermediates. Music is played during class
Cancellation Policy
You're in...Thank you for booking. Kindly Note, due to the setup of the space, participants must arrive by 4:20 PM. Given the meditation and restorative focus of this class, we are unable to accommodate late arrivals. Please bring a mat. If you do not have a mat, we have some to rent for $5.00 We can't wait to see you soon !!!
