Service Description

This low-impact conditioning class is a total three-for-one: It combines the movement of ballet, the strengthening of pilates, and the stretching of yoga.  Classes incorporate ballet bar, light weights, bender balls, and  fitness bands. Fun energizing music is also incorporated into each class.  During this class you will start with standing exercises for the first part of class, then mat excerises for the last part of class. Some classes have out grown our Barre area, so class may be held in the main studio, using the wall. No dance experience necessary.  All levels are welcome. Please bring a Mat
