My Story
I began teaching after completing my training with Hello Yoga. Currently, I teach Lunchtime Yoga, a class that allows me to delve deeper into the exploration of both body and mind. This class provides a supportive space, perfect for practitioners of all levels. Together, we flow through purposeful movements, holding each posture longer, while integrating essential breathing techniques.
Our focus lies in the shapes of postures, exploring modification options, and experiencing the physical sensations that arise. We emphasize alignment principles, utilizing breath and lines of energy to enhance strength, balance, and body-mind awareness. Additionally, I incorporate Pranayama, or breathing techniques, which help regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and boost energy flow. Teaching this class has become a rewarding way for me to share the benefits of yoga with others.
