Service Description

Unlike most online yoga classes, my classes are live,  and not pre-recorded. Students with a web camera (most computers, laptops, and smartphones have a web camera ready to use) on will be seen by me while they practice and receive feedback as if we were in the same room. You may also choose to leave your web camera off, and still be able to see me and hear my cues.
