Service Description

This inspiring and uplifting yoga session encourages mindfulness through movement... with a touch of humor added into the mix. During class, breath work, strength, and flexibility will be incorporated... accompanied by a fun play list. Participants can explore inversions, arm balances, and practice a sense of focus during this fun class. Suitable for active levels 1-2 Nusic is played during class

Cancellation Policy

You're in...Thank you for booking. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class starts. Please bring a mat. If you do not have a mat, we have some to rent for $5.00 We can't wait to see you soon !!!
