Family Yoga

Yoga can help children and adults learn techniques for concentrating, reducing stress, and connecting to their bodies in a loving way. Class will teach important tools that children can carry with them including increased body awareness, strength and flexibility, and self-calming/emotional regulation skills (via breathing and relaxation exercises).  How is this different from regular yoga class? In general, family yoga classes often include things like:

  • Group and partner yoga poses

  • Fun games

  • Dance

  • Laughter

  • Goofiness and playfulness

  • Loving embraces and restful time


This class is designed for families with children ages 5-10 years; however, all ages are most welcome! All children must be accompanied by a guardian.

$25 per class for one adult and child per class

$5 additional children, per class

3:00 pm January 10th, 17th, 24th, and 31st
